Gamal J. Palmer is the Founder of Conscious Builders, a global leadership consultancy focused on organizational behavior and culture change. He is the pioneer of Relaxed Leadership, a methodology built to help senior leaders navigate current and future crises with intentionality rather than reactivity.

With nearly two decades of experience, Gamal is a global expert in organizational leadership, communication, and belonging. His perspective has been shaped by engagements across Africa and the Middle East, advanced studies at Yale University and Oxford, and deep partnership with hundreds of board members, executives, and CEOs across multiple industries and continents.
